We are home. Lucy is doing REALLY well. She wants to be out of the drug induced stupor, and play. Doesn't like having to SIT still. We are exhausted, the hospital isn't a place to get some great sleep. In fact Chet and I tried sleeping on the same cot; heads opposite each other...didn't work. Needless to say we were waiting from 12:40-4:30 for her to go into surgery, then from 4:30-7:45 while she was in surgery. We just want to sit on the couch, enjoy our baby, each other and the christmas tree.
